JobDigga is a start-up that primarily develops a talent-scouting-app for young people.
For many companies it is difficult to find suitable trainees. Keywords: War of Talents. Many young people do not know what they can do – what they like and what professions fit their talents and abilities. The result: kids do not know which career to choose.
JobDigga brings a smartphone app to the market with which young people can find out about their talents and competences and make up a profile, which can be seen by companies. These profiles are matched with vacancies. HR managers can directly contact young people through the app.
