Mission:
Mitt Liv is a social enterprise. Our objective is to increase diversity and inclusion in Sweden. Since inclusion is about ”meeting half way”, our activities are directed towards those who wish to be a part of it, as well as those who want to engage. Mitt Liv is working for increased diversity in the Swedish labor market. This is done through mentorship, education and various opportunities for people of foreign background.
Mitt Liv is therefore directed towards people of foreign background who want’s to get into the labor market or who simply doesn’t have an employment matching their competence. It is also directed towards people and companies who see and understand the benefit of diversity.
